Booking is simple. You can reserve a chauffeur through our online booking form, by calling our 24/7 hotline, sending us a WhatsApp message, or emailing our reservations team. Provide your pickup location, destination, date, time, and preferred vehicle, and we’ll confirm your booking within minutes.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability, especially during peak tourist seasons, weekends, and major events. However, we do accommodate last-minute and on-demand bookings whenever possible, often within 60 minutes.
Yes. You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 6 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact our team directly for any changes.
Absolutely. All online bookings receive an automated confirmation email immediately, followed by a personal confirmation from our reservations team, including your driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle details.
Our hourly chauffeur service has a minimum booking of 3 hours. Airport transfers and point-to-point transfers have no minimum duration and are charged as a flat rate.
We provide chauffeur services to and from all UAE airports, including Dubai International Airport (DXB), Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), Sharjah International Airport (SHJ), and Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH).
Yes. Our professional chauffeurs will meet you inside the arrivals hall holding a personalized name sign, assist with your luggage, and escort you directly to your vehicle. This service is included at no extra charge for all airport pickups.
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will be automatically notified and adjust the pickup time accordingly. There are no additional charges for reasonable flight delays.
We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport arrivals from the moment your flight lands, and 15 minutes for all other pickups. Additional waiting is charged in 15-minute increments.
Yes, and we offer discounted rates on round-trip airport transfers. Simply select the return option when booking and provide your departure flight details.

Gratuities are not included in the fare and are always at your discretion. If you feel your chauffeur has provided exceptional service, a tip is greatly appreciated but never required.
